Returns and Exchanges

Shipping, Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Etta purchase, so please choose wisely. Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges or store-credits for Etta shop products. Unless your item arrives damaged (not as a result of postage and handling). Please ensure we have taken due diligence and time to ensure that all of our products have been quality checked. We are only aligned with third party suppliers whom have been trialled, tested and proven to be reputable & reliable with high quality workmanship.

Shipping & Delivery

A street address for delivery must be provided at the time of placing the order, we are unable to deliver to a PO Box. Should your delivery address change, please be advised it is your responsibility to let us know prior to dispatch by emailing support@ettashop.com.au If your order is sent to the incorrect address and returned to Etta Shop, a redelivery fee may apply.

 

Etta Shop reserve the right to request extra freight costs for remote/rural areas or for large/heavy orders.

 

We calculate shipping within Australia using the size, weight and fragility of your item/s. This helps us ensure that your purchase arrives intact and undamaged.

We may use Australia Post (registered) or TNT Express or other providers for smaller items. Express post shipping is unavailable for all paper/ canvas prints. For any other express shipping requests please get in touch via support@ettashop.com.au

 

Please be advised, orders placed after 11am Australian Eastern Standard Time will be processed on the following business day. If you select for your order to be left under an “authority to leave” at your nominated address, please note we don’t accept any liability in relation to your item going missing.

 

We will do everything possible to ensure your order is shipped in a timely fashion, however in the unlikely event that you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of its dispatch, please get in touch via email at support@ettashop.com.au and our Customer Care team can promptly investigate this for you.

 

International Shipping

We are more than happy to do everything possible to accomodate international orders. Please get in touch for an individual quote based on your location and requested product. Please keep in mind, fragile or bulky items may incur significant freight costs, soft furnishings and smaller items will be charged at lower rate as per shipping provider. 

 

Force Majeure

We will not be liable for failing to comply with our obligations in relation to any order due to any act of God, war, terrorism, strike, lock out, industrial action, fire, flood, drought, storm, or other event beyond our reasonable control.

 

Liability

We will not be liable for:

(a) any costs or losses suffered by you including any consequential loss, damages, or loss of profit and as result of any defects in the items or any failure, malfunction, breakdown, or deterioration of the items purchased; and/or 

(b) any cancellation of an order by us or any delay in or failure of delivering the item(s) and any change in the law that becomes effective after an order is placed, which may affect the item(s) supplied. 

In any event our lability will be limited to the lesser of actual damage to the item(s) and the price of the item(s).
