  • Can I return my items?
    We really, really want you to love your Etta purchase! 💛 If something’s not quite right, please reach out — we’re here to help. We’re happy to provide exchanges or store credit on all items except artworks due to the ‘framed on demand’ nature of art products. Unless of course the artwork arrives damaged or faulty. In those cases, we’ll gladly investigate the issue and liaise with the postal provider to find a resolution. Simply send us an email at support@ettashop.com.au with your order details and some photos. A note on artworks: Due to the nature of artworks being framed on demand and tailored to individual specifications, we don’t offer refunds for change of mind. That said, we stand proudly behind the quality of our art and frames — each piece is handmade in Australia by Guild-recognised framers, using the highest levels of craftsmanship. Returning other items? We’re happy to offer exchanges or store credit on all other non-art eligible items that have been returned in original condition. We just ask that return shipping is initially covered by the customer with a receipt — and we will provide a store credit to cover the cost of return postage.   • How long does it take to dispatch an order?
    You will receive confirmation of purchase, then for smaller items we will dispatch your order within 1 - 3 business days.* For larger items and custom artworks we will process your order straight away and dispatch your order as soon as possible, however allow 5-10 working days for custom framing.
  • How much do you charge for shipping?
    Your final shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout, this is dependent on your order size and location. Some products may include free shipping which will be advised within product information section.
  • What are normal delivery hours?
    Our couriers deliver Monday to Friday between 9am to 5pm.
  • How will my artwork arrive?
    We use padded corner protections and bubble wrap to ensure a snug fit with minimum movement, so your artwork is well protected as it travels to you.
  • What are the prints made from & are they quality?
    Yes! They are absolutely quality. The Paper Framed Prints are handmade in Australia by Guild-recognised framers using the highest levels of craftsmanship. We utilise 9-colour giclée printing and premium-standard FSC-certified papers, our Premium Framed products delivering archival quality prints. The frames sizes are 45mm (H) x 28mm (W) x 9mm (R). Ranging from sustainably managed Australian Oak to high-quality Meranti timber, featuring a luxe, smooth matte finish and a refined open-grain surface which are ready to hang. Canvas Framed Prints All of our canvas prints are produced using the the highest quality UV printing techniques on 350gsm premium polycotton canvas revealing the finest of paint brush strokes. All canvas prints are hand crafted in Australia by Guild-recognised framers and are ready to hang, securely fitted with D-ring hanging fixtures and picture wire. Oak frames are made from authentic raw Natural Oak. Walnut frames are solid Meranti timber with fine sanding & classic open-grain finish. Black & White frames are made with sleek moulding, floats 5mm from canvas edge creating a sophisticated shadow look.
