• This product is not heat resistant.
• Not dishwasher safe.
• Not microwave safe.
• Hand wash only in lukewarm water.
• Food or liquid placed on resin items must be at room temperature or cold.
• Do not use to cut food as this will scratch the surface.
• Due to the handmade nature of this product, variations in design will occur which is normal.

• FREE standard shipping for orders over $150 AUD.
• $10 standard flat rate shipping for orders under $150 AUD.
• $15 Express shipping. (Excludes extra large/ heavy items) 

 

Resin Bowl Returns:

• Full priced items are eligible to be returned within 14 days from the shipping date.
• Please ensure you post item prior to the 14 days to avoid expiry.
• Full priced items are eligible for exchange, store credit or refund. Refunds are processed minus the shipping cost.
• Sale items are ineligible for return. 

 

Artworks: Please choose your artwork wisely. Due to the nature of artworks being framed on demand and tailored to individual specifications, we don’t offer refunds for change of mind. That said, we stand proudly behind the quality of our art and frames. Each piece is handmade in Australia by Guild-recognised framers, using the highest levels of craftsmanship.
